I am so behind in blogging! I thought last summer was busy given the 35 or so weddings that I shot on top of portrait sessions, editing pictures and designing albums etc! But then to add to this summer, I did it all pregnant! Moved then had my baby! Whew what a roller coaster:) Anyway in getting caught up it is so fun to look back on these weddings and memories, even when they are not with my own family! It just makes me so happy to see such wonderful genuine smiles and happiness. I can't help to feel it being a little contagious. Cameron and Allison were married May 25th at the Salt Lake The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Temple. It was such a fun colored filled day! And such a happy one, that the wind couldn't even bother us.. and made for some cool pictures with Allison's veil anyway:)
This is one of my favorites of these. I guess I have a bit of a weak spot of reflections, even when it isn't a smooth one, it reminds me of the elegant strokes of a painting with the emotions portrayed right there.
Wedding days can be so stressful for many brides if they let them, which is why it is that more important to take a second and simply look into the eyes of the wonderful person you just connected your heart too. Such sweet moments.
Aren't these the cutest shoes?! I love the color and texture of the velvet fabric.
I simply love what I do! Enough to kneel or squat awkwardly in the dirt with a pregnant belly to get the shot:) Whenever I see a beautiful bed of flowers I have to get as much color as possible.
I love shooting inside the Joesph Smith Memorial Building up on the Mezzanine. The big beautiful windows just let in this elegant light and show off all the ornate details on the walls and ceilings.
Allison and Cameron couldn't smile enough! They were so happy to get married and have such a wonderful family, memory filled day.

Utah Engagement Photographers. Liberty Park Engagement Session in the Winter
Saturday, December 10, 2011
A quick sneak peek from this morning cold shoot with Jill and Paul!
Even in the dead of winter you can find color. Pine trees and berried bushes.
Can you believe these were shot in bitter cold weather?? Jill was just brave enough to wear a summer dress.
